Wolfe Property Holdings is a real estate investment firm based in Central Texas, focused on acquiring and owning land and commercial properties, as well as pursuing development opportunities.

Steven Wolfe founded the company in 2020, drawn to the tangible nature of real estate and the opportunity to build lasting wealth through ownership. He valued the ability to walk a property, understand its potential, and have a direct role in its future.

Our approach considers both what a property offers today and what it can become over time. That may mean holding an established commercial asset for income, acquiring land for future use, or bringing a development project to life. Each investment is evaluated on its fundamentals and how it fits our long-term objectives.

Real estate also offers room to keep building. Each acquisition brings experience, relationships, and a foundation for the next opportunity.

We believe in straightforward communication, sound judgment, and following through on commitments. Those principles guide both our investment decisions and the relationships behind them.

About Steven

Steven holds a BBA in Economics from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and takes an active role in the company’s investment decisions, property ownership, and development projects.

He is active in philanthropy and community involvement, including serving as a trustee of the Ascension Seton Williamson Foundation.

Steven lives in the Georgetown area with his wife, Lexi, and their daughter, Olivia. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, pursuing his passion for cars, and being outdoors.
